If you wish to return a product, we will collect it from you.

Why are you returning the product?
The product was not what you ordered:
Return an item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product in its original sealed, undamaged packaging, must not have been used.
We will pay for the collection. We should ask you to chose a replacement; we will also cover the cost of delivering the correct item.
You just don’t love it or changed your mind:
Return item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement, it’s up to you.
The sealed undamaged product must be unused.
We may charge you a shipping fee
Faulty product:
During the warranty period, items will be repaired, exchanged, replaced or refunded.
We will pay for the collection of your item and if we exchange or replace we will pay for the delivery to you.
Promotional items:
Returns of products which came with free promotional item:
If you received a free item together with your purchase, when returning and requesting a refund we would need you also to send back the free item.
Returns of free promotional items:
As long as stock lasts, free promotional items will be replaced. Free promotional item will not have a refund. Shipping costs will be on you.
How to return items?
- To create a return ticket, contact us and explain your reason for the return.
- We will authorise the return.
- Once we receive the unit, we will evaluate the condition of the product and packaging.
- We will then confirm if the product will be repaired, exchanged, replace or refunded.
- As per our return policy, we may deduct the collection fee from your refund.
How long does this process take?
We will endeavour to have your return and refund sorted out as quickly as possible.
